API stands for Application Programming Interface. It is a framework of agreements through which different computer programs can communicate with each other.

We first use an API between WooCommerce and MoneyBird. The latter is a third party in which we manage the invoices and send them to our customers. After completing an order, customer and order information is transferred to MoneyBird. We have therefore signed a processor agreement with MoneyBird. You can find these here.

Get Responsive BV uses and offers Dashboards where data is extracted via APIs, currently from WordPress WooCommerce and Google Analytics. All customer information is stored anonymously in a Microsoft-hosted Azure Cloud Data Warehouse environment. The only thing that is stored by a website visitor is the latitude and longitude. When reading out, all data is encrypted via the OAuth2 protocol.

As far as WordPress WooCommerce is concerned, their standard REST API is used. More information can be found here:

At the moment, the Google Analytics data is not stored in Microsoft Azure Cloud, but is only published as part of the dashboard in an environment that can only be accessed by the user. When this changes this privacy statement will be changed.

This environment is PowerBI Online. Which can only be accessed with a login + password. Azure also applies Row Level Security, which means that a customer can only access his or her data (and not those of other customers).

The (personal) details of Relationships are treated and secured with the utmost care by Get Responsive. Get Responsive complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act.

With all these customers Get Responsive has a processing agreement, which can be read here. Get Responsive has access to the website of these customers, but only does this with the explicit request of the customer. After executing work on this, locally stored data is immediately deleted.
  5. Data resulting from the dashboard product that Get Responsive BV offers. See also section “API Policy Get Responsive”. The information is only stored in Microsoft Azure and the PowerBI online environment. The authorizations are enforced via PowerBI and extra security at the data level in Microsoft Azure. A processing agreement has been concluded with the relevant customers, which can be read here (in Dutch).
