Types of cookies and purposes
In the next overview, per website of Get Responsive it is indicated which types of cookies can be placed and for which purposes these cookies are used.
|Website||Functionele Cookies||Analytische Cookies (anoniem)||Affiliate cookies
|Social Media cookies
a) Functional cookies: cookies that are necessary for the services of Get Responsive to function. For example, Get Responsive uses these cookies to enable logging in to the websites or to remember settings from the page.
b) Analytical cookies (anonymised): cookies that analyze the use of Get Responsive’s websites so that Get Responsive can improve the quality and / or effectiveness of its websites. Get Responsive uses these anonymized cookies to see how often and how long (pages of) its websites are visited, from which website (s) users come from and in which order users visit the different pages of its websites.
To receive the information about the use of the websites, Get Responsive uses the Google Analytics services of Google Inc (‘Google’). Get Responsive always anonymizes data from analytical cookies before it shares them with Google Analytics. However, we do pass the IP address to Google Analytics, see Tracking Cookies.
c) Affiliate cookies: cookies that keep track of which advertiser’s ads lead to the purchase of certain products. Users do not have to give permission for the use of these cookies. Affiliate cookies are only used for the aforementioned purpose and do not affect the privacy of users of the Services. We currently only use these cookies on BusinessMomInternational.com.
d) Tracking cookies: with your permission Get Responsive and third parties collect information via cookies about the use of the Get Responsive websites and the interests of users. Cookies are explicitly not used to adjust ads to the interests of users.
Get Responsive uses tracking cookies only with the permission of users, among other things, to maintain personalized statistics via Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign and Hotjar. We do not store the IP addresses within Google Analytics anonymously, which means that we have a good indication of the location (to place name) of our visitors.
Through HotJar we have insight into how our visitors navigate the pages. This is done through recordings and heatmaps. However, this information is completely anonymous. In HotJar we have also hidden the option to include input fields, so that we cannot relate a recording to a person in any way. We could possibly do this, by combining order information and a recording by matching day and time.
e) Social Media Cookies: On the websites of Get Responsive with your permission personalized social media cookies can be placed by Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and Vimeo. Social media cookies ensure that users of the services can directly share the content of the Get Responsive websites via social media with others.
Get Responsive has no influence on this and refers for more information to the statements that these social media parties provide on their own websites: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Vimeo.
We use the embedding of YouTube and Vimeo. These 2 parties also keep information about viewing behavior through these websites when viewing these videos. We do not embed it in privacy mode.

API POLICY GET RESPONSIVE
API stands for Application Programming Interface. It is a framework of agreements through which different computer programs can communicate with each other.
We first use an API between WooCommerce and MoneyBird. The latter is a third party in which we manage the invoices and send them to our customers. After completing an order, customer and order information is transferred to MoneyBird. We have therefore signed a processor agreement with MoneyBird. You can find these here.
Get Responsive BV uses and offers Dashboards where data is extracted via APIs, currently from WordPress WooCommerce and Google Analytics. All customer information is stored anonymously in a Microsoft-hosted Azure Cloud Data Warehouse environment. The only thing that is stored by a website visitor is the latitude and longitude. When reading out, all data is encrypted via the OAuth2 protocol.
As far as WordPress WooCommerce is concerned, their standard REST API is used. More information can be found here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/
At the moment, the Google Analytics data is not stored in Microsoft Azure Cloud, but is only published as part of the dashboard in an environment that can only be accessed by the user. When this changes this privacy statement will be changed.
This environment is PowerBI Online. Which can only be accessed with a login + password. Azure also applies Row Level Security, which means that a customer can only access his or her data (and not those of other customers).
The (personal) details of Relationships are treated and secured with the utmost care by Get Responsive. Get Responsive complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act.
The processing purposes
Get Responsive collects and processes user information, including personal data, for the following purposes:
In order to optimally fulfill the objectives, data from the source systems are consolidated in third party online website www.ActiveCampaign.com. And our central Get Responsive data warehouse environment. This latter environment is managed centrally from Get Responsive B.V. within Microsoft Azure.
What data is processed by Get Responsive
The data (including personal data) processed by Get Responsive can be divided into five categories:
Personal data from the various categories can be combined at a central location by Get Responsive to give (even better) interpretation to the purposes of the processing. This applies specifically to purpose d, e and f.
Storage & security of data
The collected data is stored in various source systems of Get Responsive. This source data is usually located locally with us in Amersfoort or in the earlier indicated third parties.
We also consolidate many of the data from the source systems into one central data warehouse environment. This data warehouse is hosted from Microsoft Azure. Here, the data is always physically on the European mainland. Microsoft also works according to all common and robust safety standards (see: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/trustcenter/privacy/we-set-and-adhere-to-stringent-standards).
Within this data warehouse, Get Responsive, in addition to Microsoft standards, specifically applies the following measures and privacy guarantees:
The data will in no way be used for the purpose of lending, renting, selling or otherwise disclosing the data.
